Return Policy

We’re here to help! Contact us with any question and we will do our best to reply as soon as we can. 

There are no refunds. All return items that are accepted will be credited to your account for a future purchase.

Most (not all) products have a 7 day return policy from date of purchase (unless otherwise stated below).

Not available for return:

  • No returns on bundled items.

  • No returns on clearance items.

  • No returns on sale items.

  • No returns on limited availability item.

  • No returns on AS IS items.

 

Returns will be refused if not shipped postage paid. 

Returns will be refused if not packed complete.

Returns will be refused if over 7 days from purchase.

 

All other Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and as it is purchased from ZombietronicsStore.com. We strongly recommend you keep the packaging for at least the first 7 days after purchase.

Items purchased from ZombietronicsStore.com may be returned either to our warehouse in person (Bushnell, Florida) or by return delivery to : Zombietronics LLC, 7693 State Road 471  Bushnell, Florida 33513. Return Shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Returns will be refused if not shipped postage paid.

Items purchased from a Zombietronics retailer/dealer cannot be returned to Zombietronics; they must be returned to the original retailer in accordance with their returns policy. Please email the Zombietronics retailer directly.

Items purchased from ZombietronicsStore.com cannot be returned to the manufacturer; they must be returned ZombietronicsStore.com within 7 days of purchase. Please email the ZombietronicsStore.com directly at info@zombietronicsstore.com

How do I return and item?

Make sure item is in original packaging or as it was sold to you from ZombietronicsStore.com.

Print a copy of the original order and pack with return shipment.

Please circle items that you are returning on copy of original order.

Please tell us why the item is being returned on original order.

 

Ship or hand deliver to ZombietronicsStore.com. All shipments must be postage paid. Returns will be refused if return shipping is not paid by buyer.

Please pack all items carefully. Items returned damaged will not be credited.

There are no refunds. All return items that are accepted will be credited to your account for a future purchase

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@zombietronicsstore.com and send your item to: Zombietronics LLC, 7693 State Road 471  Bushnell, Florida 33513.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver (if applicable).

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of any credits or exchanges after confirmation of receipt of returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ZombietronicsStore.com and Zombietronics  LLC reserves the right to reject any request for credit or exchanges if above conditions are not completely satisfied. Our goal is to make our customers happy so please always give us a chance to address any concerns you may have.
